This past weekend I volunteered at David Wolfe’s Longevity Now Experience. I was truly impressed with the presenters especially David Hall, the creator of Cellercise. Having been a collegiate athlete and a fitness buff my entire life, this product literally has me jumping for joy!

I am always talking to you success and the importance of setting goals. back in May I finally took my good friend Jack Canfield’s advice from the book “The Success Principles” abd wrote down a list of 101 things I wanted to be, do or have.  Last Sunday I crossed mt first thing off the list! It’s Amazing how this stuff works.  What do you want to have in your life? Take the time to write it out.
